JOE DID A LOT OF RECORDINGS FOR MOVIES, DID A LOT OF T.V. SHOWS, DID ALL THE BIG BAND ERA RECORDS WITH BILLY MAY, WORKED WITH STAFF FOR ABC, CBS, AND LAST NBC, AND WENT FREE LANCE.

HAD AN ALBUM CALLED " SOMETHING SMOOTH BY GERRY FIELDING " DID RECORDING WITH SINATRA WITH A SOLO " IF EVER I WOULD LEAVE YOU " - " ALBUM SINATRA CONDUCTS ".

DID A LOT OF RECORDINGS WITH PERCY FAITH, GLENN GRAY, BILLY MAY, STAN KENTON, RAY NOBLE, GENE KRUPA, VAN ALEXANDER , FRANK COMSTOCK, NELSON RIDDLE, HENRY MANCINI, ARTIE SHAW, LES BROWN, STEVEN SPIELBERG, LALO SCHIFRIN, AND JOHN WILLIAMS TO NAME A FEW, AND AT PRESENT CANNOT REMEMBER ALL THE CONDUCTORS AND ORCHESTRA LEADERS OFF HAND.

MADE A LOT OF TELEVISION SHOWS, JACK BENNY, DEAN MARTIN, BING CROSBY, LUCKY STRIKE, CAROL BURNETT, GONG SHOW, BOB HOPE, (WENT WITH HOPE IN 67 TO VIET NAM), ANDY WILLIAMS AND GEORGE GOEBELS TO NAME A FEW, AND COULD GO ON AND ON, EVEN AS HE USED TO SAY " WENT LEGITIMATE PLAYING WITH STRAVINSKY". WAS SINGING WITH THE KAY KYSER BAND DURING THE WAR ERA, (WAS FREDDY THE FROG). HE WAS IN THREE MOVIES MADE BY KYSER.

TRAVELED WITH PERCY FAITH TO JAPAN ON SEVERAL TOURS OF JAPAN, AND BILLY VAUGHN IN THE 60'S, AND WAS VERY ACTIVE TEACHING YOUNG TROMBONE ASPIRANTS IN NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA IN THE EARLY 60'S. WAS IN A TELEVISION SHOW IN TOKYO , JAPAN IN 1965.

JOE PASSED AWAY NOVEMBER 12, 1995. WAS SO WELL LOVED AND DEARLY MISSED BY HIS PEERS.
