STEVE PERDICARIS

Mr. Perdicaris currently performs with the Sacrameto Philharmonic. He has performed with the Sacramento Symphony (1984-1996), the City of Birmingham Symhony Orchestra (England), the Houston Symphony, and many orchestras in the San Francisco bay area. He can be heard on several recordings with Sir Simon Rattle and the CBSO (EMI label) and has performed as a sideman with Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis Jr., Manhattan Transfer, and many others. He currently teaches trombone at Sacramento State University following a 30-year stint at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He received his B.M. degree from the University of North Texas (1981) and in 1990, became an Associate with Honors in the Trombone Performance at te Royal College of Music in London.
